With this being my first post, I thought my audience might want to know a little about me and why I have started this blog. I have created this blog to be a real estate guide for both Chattanooga, TN and the North West Georgia areas. If you haven't visited these areas of the country yet, you are truly missing the beauty of Fall.
I am a local Realtor with the Charlotte Mabry Team at Keller Williams Realty in downtown Chattanooga. Real estate has become such a love of mine and what a better place to sell real estate than in Chattanooga, TN. There is no better time to buy than right now when you consider the low interest rates and house prices, and the large amount of inventory on the ground. What a great time to be a buyer!!!
I was raised in Middle Tennessee in a town named Manchester which is right between Chattanooga and Nashville, TN off of I-24. I have spent the majority of my life in Tennessee, but I do love to travel and have been to almost every state in our great country and to Europe. I have a BSN from the University of Alabama and was an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for 6 1/2 years before my two little boys were born. I fell into real estate, and it has become a love of mine and a great career!
